Quotes and Project Scope
Each project is reviewed individually. A quote may describe the product, quantity, process, materials, design support, expected timeline, shipping and payment terms. Work begins only after the project scope and applicable payment requirements are approved.
Customer Information and Approval
The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements, intended use, files and requirements. Digital previews or prototypes may be used to confirm a design. Approval authorizes BAUMS to proceed using the reviewed version.
Design and Manufacturing Variability
3D printing, laser processing and UV printing can produce normal variations in color, texture, layer appearance, edge finish and dimensions. BAUMS LLC will discuss material or process limitations that are important to the intended use, but does not make certification, food-safety, medical-use or guaranteed-tolerance claims unless specifically documented in writing.
Customer Rights and Content
The customer must have permission to use all logos, artwork, models, photographs and other content supplied to BAUMS LLC. BAUMS LLC may decline projects that appear unsafe, unlawful, infringing or outside current production capabilities.
Changes, Cancellations and Reproduction
Changes after design approval or production begins may affect price and timing. Custom work, consumed materials and completed design time may not be refundable. Repeat orders are reviewed against the approved file and current material availability.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options and charges are confirmed per project. Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers and events outside BAUMS's control. Customers should report visible shipping damage promptly and retain the packaging for review.
