Four practical steps

Make each decision with the right evidence.

    Share Your Idea

    Send a drawing, photo, measurement, digital model or written description. Tell us what the product should do and who will use it.

  2. 02

    Review and Plan

    BAUMS reviews intended use, design, quantity, finish and uncertainty, then recommends a suitable development or production path.

  3. 03

    Develop and Validate

    When a test version is useful, we make and review it first. Projects are not rushed into production while important fit or function questions remain open.

  4. 04

    Produce and Reorder

    Approved work moves into one-off or focused production. Files and production decisions are retained as a practical starting point for future runs.

Use the clearest information you already have.

A finished CAD model is helpful, but it is not required. One useful reference can be enough to start the conversation.

How decisions are made

The product determines the process.

Recommendations are based on function, appearance, quantity, material compatibility, budget and the amount of testing the project needs.

What can change cost or timing?

Completion

Local handoff or nationwide shipping.

Completed work can be collected locally by arrangement in the DMV area or shipped throughout the United States. The project-specific quote confirms the applicable delivery plan.
