Information We Collect
When you submit a quote or contact request, BAUMS LLC may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, project description, production preferences and uploaded files. Basic technical information may also be collected by the hosting platform for security and website operation.
How We Use Information
Submitted information is used to review your project, ask follow-up questions, recommend a production method, prepare a quote, coordinate approved work and provide customer support. BAUMS LLC does not sell personal information.
Project Files
Uploaded drawings, models, images and references are reviewed only for the project inquiry and related production discussion. Do not submit confidential, export-controlled or third-party material unless you are authorized to share it.
Online STL Viewer
The Online STL Viewer reads and renders an STL inside your browser. The model is not sent to BAUMS merely because you open or inspect it. When you choose to continue from the viewer to the estimate workspace, the browser may keep a short-lived copy in IndexedDB on your device for up to two hours so the file does not need to be selected again. You can remove the model at any time, and the temporary copy is cleared after final-review submission, replacement, explicit removal or expiration.
The STL is transmitted to BAUMS only after you complete the contact fields, accept the privacy consent and select Request Final Review. Geometry details are not placed in the page URL.
Service Providers
This website uses hosting and form-processing services, including Netlify, to deliver the website and receive requests. These providers may process submitted information on behalf of BAUMS LLC according to their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and Security
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for project review, customer communication, recordkeeping and legal obligations. BAUMS LLC takes reasonable steps to protect submitted information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Choices
You may ask BAUMS LLC to correct or delete contact information associated with an inquiry, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

This policy may be updated as the website or business processes change. The revision date above identifies the current version.
