Overview

Shape, identify and personalize.

BAUMS uses laser processing for functional cut parts, displays, signs and surface engraving. Related digital cutting and pen plotting workflows support labels, stencils, packaging studies and presentation drawings when a laser is not the right tool.

Capabilities in practice

Choose the result, then refine the process.

Each project is reviewed around use, material, finish and the information you can provide.

Laser-cut components

Create flat parts, templates and presentation elements in verified compatible sheet materials.

Surface engraving

Apply logos, names, instructions or engraved identification after the material and coating are tested.

Rotary engraving

Personalize compatible tumblers, bottles and cylindrical products with names, logos or identification.

Signs & displays

Develop plaques, product stands, tabletop pieces and retail presentation components.

Digital cutting

Cut compatible printed media, paper, card and thin sheet products without presenting the work as laser processing.

Labels, stickers & stencils

Prepare custom outlines and production-ready cut paths for short-run identification and application tools.

Pen plotting

Create controlled line drawings, presentation graphics and packaging studies from vector artwork.

Laser + UV finishing

Combine cut or engraved structures with full-color surface graphics when both form and visual detail matter.

Project path

Make the next decision with physical evidence.

The project may move directly to production or use a prototype first. BAUMS recommends only the steps the result needs.

  1. 01

    Confirm

We review the material, design and finish required.

  2. 02

    Prepare

Vector artwork and settings are prepared for the job.

  3. 03

    Test

A material test is used when compatibility or finish needs confirmation.

  4. 04

    Produce

The approved cut, engraving, digital-cutting or plotting work is completed.

Useful outcomes

What this service can produce.

  • Cut components, templates and presentation pieces
  • Acrylic and wood signs, plaques and displays
  • Surface engraving and product identification
  • Rotary engraving on suitable cylindrical products
  • Stickers, labels, stencils and packaging prototypes
  • Pen-plotted presentation or technical drawings

Project decisions

How the method is selected.

  • Vector laser cutting, line engraving and raster engraving
  • Rotary workflow for suitable drinkware and cylindrical objects
  • Digital blade cutting for compatible media, labels and stencils
  • Pen plotting from prepared vector artwork

Starting information

What to send first.

  • Send SVG, DXF, PDF or high-resolution artwork with the intended dimensions
  • Wood, acrylic, leather, cardboard and supplied objects are reviewed by exact composition and finish
  • BAUMS does not offer metal laser cutting and does not publish a universal cutting-thickness promise

Connected production

Cut the form, then add the finish.

Laser-cut or engraved parts can be paired with full-color UV graphics, printed structures or direct product personalization in one coordinated project.

Project fit

Start with the intended result.

A strong fit for clean flat components, signs and personalized surfaces. Unknown or unsafe materials are not processed until compatibility is confirmed.
